Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz.) cans cinnamon rolls
- 2 cups peeled and chopped apples (about 2 large apples)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Spray the inside of a large oval slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and layer them evenly at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Layer chopped apples over the cinnamon rolls.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered apples and cinnamon rolls.
- Cover and cook on low for about 2 1/2 hours or until set in the center.
