  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray the slow cooker with olive oil.
  2. 2. Place chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom.
  3. 3. Combine marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning mix, paprika, red chili flakes, and chicken broth; pour over chicken.
  4. 4. Cook on LOW for 4 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. 5. Shred chicken and return it to the slow cooker with tortellini, mozzarella, and heavy cream; stir well.
  6. 6. Cook on LOW for another 30 minutes until tortellini are tender.
  7. 7. Add spinach and cook for an additional 10 minutes until wilted.
