- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Bring water to boil in a large pan and blanch chow mein noodles for 20-30 seconds. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté onions, cabbage, and celery until softened (about 1 minute).
- Push veggies to one side, add remaining oil, then add noodles and prepared sauce.
- Toss everything together until noodles are well coated, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
