- 1 3/4 cups (415ml) warm water
- 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh rosemary leaves for topping

- Add flour and salt; mix until combined. Knead for about 10 minutes by hand or 5 minutes using a mixer until smooth.
- Oil a clean bowl, place dough inside, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm area for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Transfer dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; stretch into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
