Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh Roma tomatoes, quartered
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- Optional: 240 ml heavy cream, salt and pepper, fresh basil leaves for garnish

- Roast the tomatoes for about 30 minutes or until soft and slightly charred.
