  • 48 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef and sausage over medium heat; drain excess fat. Add minced garlic and spaghetti sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 2 cups mozzarella, eggs, ½ cup Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Assemble layers in the baking dish: meat sauce, noodles, cheese mixture; repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top with remaining noodles and sauce; sprinkle leftover cheeses on top. Add water around edges if needed.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 50 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
