- 1 14.5 oz. can fire-roasted diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 cups shredded cheese (blend of Monterey jack and cheddar)
- 1 medium tomato (diced for garnish)
- 1 bunch green onions (sliced for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
