  4. Incorporate rice and chicken stock; bring to a boil then reduce heat.
  5. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is cooked through, adding more stock if needed.
  6. Stir in fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
