Ingredients
- 2 servings dry instant ramen noodles (about 140 g)
- 1 cup water (or vegetable broth)
- 5–7 tbsp soy sauce
- 2–3 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 10 oz extra firm tofu or your choice of veggies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients: water, soy sauce, corn starch, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and stir until smooth.
- Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles for about 2-3 minutes less than package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté your chosen protein or veggies until cooked through.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Add drained noodles to the skillet and mix well to coat evenly in the sauce. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
