- 6 large roma tomatoes, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Blue corn tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix refried beans with half of the salsa and spread in a 13×9-inch dish.
- Blend cream cheese, taco seasoning, and half of the sour cream until smooth; layer over beans.
- Add guacamole followed by the remaining salsa.
