- 7 g instant yeast
- 20 g honey
- 400 g flour
- 1 egg
- 40 g butter (plus 25 g for filling)
- 8 g salt
- 50 g fine semolina
- 450 g steak

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm milk, yeast, and honey. Mix well.
- Add flour, beaten egg, butter, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10–12 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let it rise covered in a warm spot for about an hour or until doubled in size.
- After rising, deflate the dough and divide into 16 equal pieces. Shape into balls and flatten slightly.
- Stack two flattened pieces together, dust with semolina, and place on a lined baking sheet to rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the rolls until golden brown on both sides.
- For the filling, sauté steak with spices in butter and olive oil until cooked through. Mix in vegetables and cheese before assembling rolls.
