- 1 baguette
- 6 slices Gruyere cheese
Instructions
- Slice onions into ¼-inch pieces.

- Add flour (if using), then pour in beef broth, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, and thyme. Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare toasted baguette slices brushed with olive oil.
