  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 4 teaspoons butter

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter, butter, honey, brown sugar, and corn syrup together until well combined.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 baking pan firmly using a spatula or your hands.
  5. Refrigerate for about an hour until set, then cut into bars and enjoy!
