Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8-inch x 8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl; let cool.
  3. In one bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, almond milk, and melted chocolate mixture until smooth.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; fold until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
