Ingredients
- 8 to 10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 to 4 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 minced shallot
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano

- Grill the marinated chicken thighs for about 8 to 10 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
