Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 8 ounces canned green chilis
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, green chilis, 1½ cups of shredded cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and spread the rice mixture evenly in the dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
