Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 8 oz linguine or fettuccine noodles
- 4 green onions (sliced)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic for the last 2 minutes.
- Boil water in a pot and cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry, add to the skillet, and simmer until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
