- 8 oz linguine or fettuccine noodles
- 4 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned (about 5 minutes). Add ginger and garlic in the last two minutes.
