  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ red bell pepper (diced)
  • ½ green bell pepper (diced)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage until cooked through, then drain excess fat.
