- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the salmon cubes dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss to coat.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat with another tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the salmon in a single layer for 4-5 minutes, flipping until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil; sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about a minute. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Return salmon to the skillet and toss in the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately over rice.
