- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread almonds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- While the almonds roast, melt butter with honey and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it reaches a gentle boil.
- Add roasted almonds to the saucepan and stir continuously until they absorb most of the liquid.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. Transfer glazed almonds back onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with the mixture.
- Allow cooling completely before serving or storing.
