Description

Honey Roasted Almonds are a deliciously sweet and crunchy snack that elevates any occasion, from holiday gatherings to everyday munching.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole almonds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread almonds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  2. While the almonds roast, melt butter with honey and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it reaches a gentle boil.
  3. Add roasted almonds to the saucepan and stir continuously until they absorb most of the liquid.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. Transfer glazed almonds back onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with the mixture.
  5. Allow cooling completely before serving or storing.
