- 4 packages hot cocoa mix (or 3/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Mallow Bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a stand mixer, beat together softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, hot cocoa mix, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and Mallow Bits evenly into the dough.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
