  • 3 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ lbs.)
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 5 cups cornflakes
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • Butter and brown sugar for the sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Crush cornflakes finely using a food processor or rolling pin.
  3. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, another with whisked eggs and hot sauce, and the third with crushed cornflakes mixed with seasonings.
  4. Slice chicken breasts into thinner pieces and pound them to about ½ inch thick.
  5. Pat chicken dry, then dredge in flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat in cornflakes.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for about 15–16 minutes until golden brown.
