  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 box (5 oz) instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth. Pour into the baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, oil, water, and eggs; pour over the ricotta layer.
