  • 6 strips bacon, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess grease.
  5. Mix the cooked bacon into the beef mixture and allow it to cool slightly.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spread the beef-bacon mixture in a greased baking dish and top with half the cheese.
