  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt (divided)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted clarified butter
  • 45 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt clarified butter and add minced garlic, lemon zest, chopped parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
