  • 1 lb linguine
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, place on the baking sheet with lemon slices, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for about 25 minutes until flaky.
  3. Boil salted water in a large pot, cook linguine according to package instructions, reserving 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in cream, lemon juice, zest, and reserved pasta water until combined.
  5. Toss the drained linguine into the sauce, fold in salmon chunks and parsley, then serve topped with Parmesan.
