  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup white wine (or vegetable stock)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Zest and juice of one lemon
  • 14 tiger shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 150 grams cooked pasta (linguine recommended)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add shrimp; cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink. Remove shrimp from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and optional chili flakes; sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in white wine; let reduce for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Return shrimp to the pan along with cooked pasta; mix well.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
