Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease or line a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Stir in the thawed hash browns, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Evenly fill each muffin cup with the mixture and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until eggs are set and tops are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
