  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme

Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and cornstarch; set aside.
  3. In a mixer, beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk on high speed for about 5 minutes until pale. Add melted butter, oil, and vanilla extract; blend on low.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan. Microwave marshmallow fluff for about 20 seconds until soft; dollop over the batter and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly wet.
  7. Let cool completely on a cooling rack before cutting into squares.
