  • 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 5 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup until smooth. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until evenly coated. Sprinkle over the casserole mixture.
