  • 2 ½ cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Caramel topping
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 12 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook diced apples with butter, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon until softened (about 5-6 minutes). Let cool.
  2. Crush graham crackers in a food processor, mix with sugar and melted butter, then press into the bottom of four mason jars.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla; fold in whipped cream.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar followed by the cooled apple filling. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
