- 2 ½ cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Caramel topping
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1–2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook diced apples with butter, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon until softened (about 5-6 minutes). Let cool.
- Crush graham crackers in a food processor, mix with sugar and melted butter, then press into the bottom of four mason jars.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla; fold in whipped cream.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar followed by the cooled apple filling. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
