Ingredients

- 125 mls cream
- 12 Tiramisu sponge fingers
- 1/2 cup port or juice
- 1 1/2 cups custard
- 400 grams mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 200 mls thickened cream
- 1 teaspoon custard powder
- Mint leaves for garnish

- Prepare jelly as per package instructions and refrigerate until set.
- Mix partially set jelly with cream using an electric mixer until well combined.
