  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Spices: paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onion for 3–4 minutes; add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer on low until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
  5. Return cooked spaghetti and chicken to the skillet; toss until well-coated in sauce.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top; cover for 2–3 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
