Description

Moose Bites are a delectable no-bake treat that combines the irresistible flavors of sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and chocolate chips with the crunch of graham crackers. Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml/14oz)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
  3. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out portions and roll them into balls (about 1 1/4 inches in diameter).
  5. Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs for added texture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill again until firm before serving.
