  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Cut pepperoni slices in half and set aside shredded mozzarella.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  5. Brush butter mixture on each dough triangle.
  6. Place pepperoni at the wide end of each triangle and top with mozzarella.
  7. Roll up from wide end to point and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush remaining butter mixture over tops of rolls.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
