Ingredients
- 19 oz graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2–1/2 cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1–1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and dry pudding mixes using a mixer until smooth. Gradually add cold milk and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip (reserve some for later).
- Spread a thin layer of reserved Cool Whip in the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Layer with graham crackers.
- Spread the cream mixture over the crackers; top with sliced strawberries and blueberries. Add another layer of graham crackers.
- Repeat layering until ingredients are used up, ending with the cream mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up before serving. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before serving.
