Ingredients

- ⅓ cup powdered sugar

- 1 ½ cups gingersnap crumbs
- 12 oz white almond bark (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
- Stir in graham cracker and gingersnap crumbs until fully incorporated. Cover and chill for about 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop out mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for another 30 minutes.
- Melt white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals. Dip each ball to coat completely and place back on parchment to set.
