Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) salmon filets
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 4 tsp water
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Combine with orange juice, zest, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a saucepan. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened; set aside to cool.
