- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 16–18 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder

- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 green onions (minced)
- 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil and spices; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and shred.
- Increase oven temperature to 425°F (218°C). Mix cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, spices, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, and shredded chicken until combined.
