  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 loaves French bread (cubed)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add milk and half of the vanilla extract.
  2. Grease a 9×13 baking dish and layer half of the cubed French bread, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture and 1 cup of blueberries. Repeat layers.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and remaining vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the layered casserole, pressing down gently.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for about 75 minutes until golden brown on top.
