Ingredients

- 2 lb red potatoes

- 3–4 garlic cloves
- 1/3 c grated parmesan
- 1/3 c breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1/2 – 3/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread on one-third of the sheet pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine chicken ingredients in the same bowl. Coat chicken thoroughly and add to the pan after the potatoes have baked for 15 minutes.
- Toss green beans with olive oil and garlic; spread alongside chicken and potatoes on the sheet pan.
