  • 16 baby yellow potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (for the yogurt sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (for the yogurt sauce)

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in a large pot of water until tender (15–20 minutes).
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Place boiled potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and gently smash each one with a glass.
  5. Brush each potato with the butter mixture and bake for about 30 minutes until crispy and golden.
  6. While they bake, mix yogurt, olive oil, salt, and dill for the dipping sauce.
  7. Allow potatoes to cool slightly before serving with yogurt sauce.
