Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in peanut butter, egg, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
  5. Chill dough for about 30 minutes if time allows.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat in sugar.
  7. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until soft but set.
  8. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie after removing from the oven.
