  • 4 skin-on salmon fillets (approximately 6 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup unseasoned panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • Kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil or spraying it with cooking spray.
