Ingredients
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 4–6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 6 cups low sodium beef broth
- Fresh basil, oregano, parsley
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the sausage and onions for about 4 minutes.
