- 8 refrigerated biscuits (16-ounce package)
- ¼ cup pasta sauce (or pizza sauce)
- 3 ounces chopped pepperoni
- 7–8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Mix together butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place each biscuit in the muffin cups and press down to shape.
- Prick holes in the dough with a fork and brush with the butter mixture.
