- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vanilla flavored protein powder
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
