- 1 cup confectioners' sugar (for glaze)
- 1/4 tsp maple extract (for glaze)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (for glaze)
- 1 Tbsp milk or cream (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a light metal loaf pan.
- Cream softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree and eggs, mixing well.
