- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (for frosting)

- 4 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
- 2–4 tbsp milk (for frosting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, egg, food coloring, and vanilla. Mix into the dry ingredients and gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes until smooth; let it rise in an oiled bowl for about an hour.
- Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, sprinkle optional chocolate chips if desired, then roll tightly.
- Cut into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish; let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
